It takes about 3 hours of your time to be on your way to a more comfortable seat and lower lap times.
The chassis is prepared and then a series of dry fits are completed to ensure the driver is pleased with the fit and support.
The seat material is then prepared and the material is postioned using a vacuum process. The driver sits in the seat for approximately one hour while the seat material cures to the driver's form. A good book or personal listening device is very handy at this point.
The seat is then trimmed, fitted for the belts , then at Motorsports Southwest, the finishing touches, the Nomex cover and optional Kevlar or carbon fiber shell is completed.
The seat is then installed in the car and you are ready to be more comfortable, feel the car better and generate lower lap times!
